1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom

  • Selected international destinations (availability may vary)

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.


2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Custom-made or personalised jewellery may require additional processing time, which will be clearly communicated at the time of order.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

United Kingdom

  • Standard Tracked Delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Express / Next-Day Delivery: available at checkout (order cut-off times apply)

International Shipping

  • International Tracked & Insured Delivery:
    Estimated delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.

All high-value jewellery orders are shipped using fully tracked and insured services.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Delivery location

    • Order value

    • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment.


5. Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)

  • For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and local charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

  • Tiara Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

  • You can track your order at any time using the provided tracking link.


7. Delivery Address & Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • For insured shipments, we will assist with claims in accordance with the courier’s terms and conditions.
