1. 30-Day Return Period (Eligible Items)

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • The item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable & Excluded Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, except where faulty or not as described:

  • Custom-made or personalised jewellery
  • Items that have been resized, engraved, modified, or altered at the customer’s request
  • Earrings, for hygiene reasons
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse
  • Items returned without original packaging

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at:

We will assess the issue and, where applicable, offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK law.


4. Return Process

Before returning any item:

  2. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted
  3. Returned items must be securely packaged

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


5. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days after inspection
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law

6. High-Value & Insured Returns

For high-value jewellery items, we strongly recommend using a fully tracked and insured delivery service.
Tiara Corporate Ltd cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
